Racial Discrimination

Yeah I know you'll would have that "No Shit Sherlock" face right now because we know this is common in Kuwait. While you might think I'm going to talk about how Kuwaitis treat the Foreigners, I'm going to talk about the shit foreigners say to other foreigners in an attempt to perhaps get a discount and let me assure you IT WORKS. So you're in a Store right and you really want a bag well let's just say the store guy isn't Arab. To me it doesn't matter if he/she is Chinese

Me; "Hou maaach iz theees phor?" (How much is this for?)
Store Keeper: "thenn K.D." (10 K.D)
Me: "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaw Descaount?" (*Chinese word* Discount?)
Store Keeper: Nooooooooooooo

Damn still never got a discount from a Chinese person perhaps they find it offensive but doesn't stop me from trying. Anyhoo Moving on. So let it be some other Asian guy, girl, Indian, Pakistani, Bengali, Nepali. The Thing is when you find a someone who can speak in the same language as you can BINGO.......INSTANT DISCOUNTS.

Let me try to paint the picture here now When you like something let's say it's for "X K.D." and find it expensive and ask for a discount the shopkeeper will always tell you that if he were selling this to a Kuwaiti he would have asked him "2X K.D" so basically he is doing you a huge favor already. First thing is first make it clear to them you are not a Kuwaiti and persuade them you're not the wealthiest person in the town as well, then you just make them emotional telling them something back from their home country, make up some story that would touch their hearts and VOILA, there you get your discount. So yeah watch out Kuwaitis!! people sell you shit in higher rates simply because you are a Kuwaiti. Racist Enough Right?! The fire is burning along Both Sides.
